ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
1. Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) Programme (PGD Business Administration)
The admission requirements into the Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) programme in
Accounting will be as follows:
All candidates must have five credit passes including English, Mathematics and
three other relevant science subjects at ‘O’ Level and:

A First degree with a minimum of Third-Class grade in Business
Administration,
Banking and Finance, Economics, Insurance, Entrepreneurship, Industrial
Relations, Management, Marketing, Human Resource Management and any related
discipline from a recognized university.

Or First degree with a minimum of Second class lower in any related
discipline from a recognized university.
-
Or HND with at least a minimum grade of Lower Credit in Business
Administration, Accounting, Banking and Finance, Economics, Insurance,
Entrepreneurship, Industrial Relations, Management, Marketing, Human
Resource Management and any related discipline from a recognized
institution.
Admission Requirements for the Master of Science (M.Sc.):
For a candidate to qualify for the Master of Science (M.Sc.) Programme in the
Department, such a candidate must possess:

A Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of Second Class (Lower) in Business,
Management, Entrepreneurship, Industrial Relations, Marketing, Human
Resource Management, Accounting, Banking and Finance of Summit University or
any other University approved by Senate, or
-
A Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of Second Class (Lower) in related
discipline (i.e. Economics, Tourism & Hospitality Management, Transport
Management, Office and Information Management, Political Science, Public
Administration, Insurance, etc.) of Summit University or any other
University approved by Senate.
Admission Requirements for the Doctor of Philosophy (PhD):
For a candidate to qualify for the Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) Programme in the
Department, such a candidate must possess:

A Master of Science (M. Sc.) Degree in Accounting, Business, Economics,
Entrepreneurship, Finance, Industrial Relations & Human Resource Management,
Management, Marketing or related discipline with a minimum average of sixty
(60) percentage score or equivalent.
